I lost a 18 lbs with Sureslim, and then Christmas came along, blah blah blah. The good news is that I've kept it off, but now I want to lose the last 12 lbs.
So I'm back on the wagon, and I'm STARVING.....I had to set the oven timer to stop me from eating before my 5 hours is up! I'll get used to it again, but it'll probably take 3 or 4 days.
Ok, I'm off to the natural food store to stock up on Xylitol again....hopefully I won't faint while I'm driving there!!!
